“It’s definitely been more of self-limiting beliefs and self-doubt. For example, I feel like I am too old to learn a new skill, but moving beyond that has opened up my world to a lot of new enriching experiences! “

“Recently, I checked off sky-diving and scuba diving off my bucket list. I’m terrified of heights, but I decided it was time to face those fears. It felt so liberating I want to go again and also learn how to do other water sports, wearing Niki Roxx of course 😉”
