Niki Roxx Surf – Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Niki Roxx pieces as much as we love designing them. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it easy.

1. Standard Return Window (Outside Holiday Policy)

For purchases made outside of the holiday return window:

You have 30 days from the purchase date to return eligible items for a refund to your original form of payment(minus original shipping).
Items must be unworn, unwashed, in like-new condition, with all original hangtags attached.
Anything marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason, including fit.
Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

For orders between 30 and 60 days from the purchase date:

Approved returns in this window will be refunded to a Niki Roxx digital gift card / store credit.
Store credit never expires and can be used anytime on nikiroxx.com.

We’re unable to accept returns or exchanges past 60 days from the purchase date.

2. Holiday Return Policy: November 22 – December 11

If you’re shopping between November 22 and December 11, you get a little extra time to decide:

You have until January 10 to request a return.
You have until February 9 to request an exchange or store credit.

All items must still meet our condition and eligibility requirements (unworn, unwashed, tags attached, not Final Sale).

3. Eligibility & Condition of Items

To keep things fair for everyone and maintain high quality, returned items must be:

Unworn and unwashed
Free of deodorant, makeup, sunscreen, pet hair, sand, and strong odors
With all original tags securely attached
In their original condition and packaging, where possible

We reserve the right to deny a refund or exchange if the item is not returned in like-new condition.

4. Promotions, Discount Codes & Final Sale

Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange (no exceptions, including fit).
Orders where a discount code or promotion was applied to full-price items are still eligible for return under our standard return windows, unless the specific item is labeled Final Sale.

5. Shipping Costs

Original shipping, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
Return shipping on approved refunds and exchanges is free within the U.S. (we’ll provide instructions once your return is approved).
If you’re making an exchange, we’ll also cover outbound shipping for your new item.

6. Refund Method & Timing

Refunds are issued to your original form of payment for returns made within 30 days, in line with the rules above.
Returns received between 30 and 60 days from purchase will be refunded as store credit.
Please allow up to 14 business days from the date your return is received at our warehouse for your refund or credit to be processed.

7. Exchanges & Fit Help

Want a different size, color, or to try a new style? We’re here to help you find your perfect surf, swim, or active match.

Suggest sizes based on how you like your gear to fit
Recommend alternate styles based on coverage, support, and activity
Help set up an exchange, where eligible

For exchanges made within the allowed time window and on eligible items, we’ll cover the shipping both ways (return + outbound shipment of your new piece).

8. How to Start a Return or Exchange

To begin a return or exchange, please email us at Hello@nikiroxx.com with:

Your order number
The item(s) you’d like to return or exchange
Whether you’d prefer a refund, exchange, or store credit

We’ll reply with next steps and a return label (for U.S. orders), if your return is eligible.
